Nutrition
An important part of our mission at Canadian International School is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our children. This includes providing an environment that is conducive to the development of a healthy lifestyle. We encourage the eating of well-balanced and nutritious meals as part of promoting active healthy lifestyles.

Our freshly prepared school meals support our school’s healthy eating policy. We provide a balanced menu covering all four major food groups. We are able to cater to all special dietary needs. Please inform the school if your child has any special dietary requirements and we will be happy to assist.

In Early Years to Grade 6, a morning snack and milk are provided for the children. We ask parents not to send snacks from home unless requested for a special event.
