CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)

Learning covers many aspects of our lives and at CIST we want our students to understand this and how they can contribute to their community and society in general. With this in mind our secondary students spent the morning in a one-day CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator) training course delivered by Bangkok First Aid instructors. Students learned how to respond in the event of an emergency, how to provide CPR, and how - and when - to use an AED. The course also covered theory related to lifesaving protocols. It was a really valuable and enjoyable learning experience for all involved.
