Loy Krathong Festival

Students and staff turned out in beautiful traditional outfits for the annual Lok Krathong ceremony on Monday. Cultural learning activities took place through the day with students participating in fun and games before making kratongs out of all-natural materials. Some students floated their kratongs at school while others took theirs home to families. In Thai class, learning experiences centred around the history and relevance of the celebration. A big thank you to our Thai staff for organizing the event and also a thank you to students, parents and teachers for making it a memorable day.
